Products in stock will be delivered to you between 3 to 5 working days.

• What is the delivery time for pre-ordered products?

For mochila bags , it will take 2 and a half months. During this time, you will accompany us in Colombia thanks to regular follow-up by e-mail, and you will be able to follow the manufacture of your handcrafted piece.

• Is a Colombian Mazonia bag afraid of rain?
  

No ! The thick, tight crochet of a mochila makes it water-repellent.

• How to maintain your Mazonia bag?

All Mazonia bags are washable. It is recommended to wash them by hand , although they can be machine washed at 30°C delicate. We do not recommend tumble drying. The colors do not bleed.
